With today’s concerns about Global Warming and preserving the environment, sometimes we wonder if it’s possible to both take care of the planet and still maintain a modern standard of living. We at Greenhouse Servers believe the answer to that is a resounding yes.

By applying modern technology with some old-fashioned ingenuity, we joined forces with another company to the benefit of both. We think it just makes sense to do something to reduce our carbon footprint – and if we can help another entity do the same, so much the better!

Our original plans were simple: build the server farm and adjacent greenhouse and share heat. While we’re still doing that, we’re also creating the system that allows other hosting companies to do the same. We believe every hosting company should be able to employ green technology for a better world. We also think feeding people is a pretty awesome side effect!
